This Hotel is erected on an allotment of ground having a frontage of 22 feet to Spey-street, held on a lease, of which 14 years remain unexpired, at the nominal yearly rental of £11. The present tenant is paying £188 10s. per annum, and as the Hotel is contiguous to Dee-street, and doing a good business, an increase in value may be anticipated, rendering this, therefore, a very favorable opportunity for a good and remunerative investment.
