NOTICE is hereby given that tbe Revising Officer for the above Electoral District will HOLD a COURT for the REVISION of the LIST of VOTERS for the said District, on Wednesday, the Twentieth day of July next, at 11 o'clock hi the forenoon, at the Resident Magistrate's Court House, at Invercargill, at which Court will be heard and determined all claims (duly made) to have names inserted in the said List of Voters, and all objections duly made to the names of persons being retained or placed on the Electoral Roll of the said District. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that by deed bearing date the 13th day of June, 1864, and made between HENRY ARCHER BROCK, of Riverton, in the Province of Southland, and Colony of New Zealand, livery stable keeper, of the first part; THEOPHILUS DANIEL, of the same place, merchant, and JOHN ROBERT MILLS, of the same place, merchant, of the second part ; and the several other persons whose names and seals are thereunto subscribed and set, being respectively creditors of the said Henry Archer Brock of the third part ; the said Henry Archer Brock did CONVEY and ASSIGN all and every his REAL and PERSONAL ESTATE upon trust, for the equal benefit of the creditors of the said Henry Archer Brock, and that the said deed now lie 3at the office of the said Theophilus Daniel, in Riverton aforesaid, and that all creditors not executing the same on or before the fourth day of July nesi, will be excluded from the benefit thereof.
