HAitfJTN'- TursTEEs v.Watsox. — In this action it came oni in evidencp that the defendant had made an assignment, of liis estate for behoof of his creditors. — Plaintiffs non-suited. Foo arty V. Jamieso>-. — The plaintiff in this action did not appear, and tlie case was dismissed. Stuck v. Caldee & Co., and Calder & Co. V. Alb bed. — Theso cases were partially heard, but were remanded till the following day for further evidence. • - Hassett and Am v.
