M'lvor, and Thomas Brunton, all of Invercargill aforesaid, merchants, all the ESTATE and EFFECTS of him, tho said Angus M'Dbnald Cariieron, upon the trust therein mentioned, for the benefit of all the creditors of the said JAngus M'Donald Cameron ; and that the said deed was duly executed by the said Angus M'Donald Cameron, Arcliibald Thomas Mailing, Konnoth M'lvor, and Thomas Brunton, in the the presence of James Harvey of Invorcargill aforesaid, a solicitor of the Suprorno Court of Now Zealand ; and that the said deed now lies at the office of J.
