NOTICE is hereby given, that ANGUS M'DONALD CAMERON, of Invercargill, in the Province of Southland, in the Colony of Now Zealand, publican, did, by deed bearing date the seventh day of March, 1864, GRANT, CONVEY, and ASSIGN unto Archibald Thomas Manning, Kenneth. M'lvor, and Thomas Brunton, all of Invercargill aforesaid, merchants, all the ESTATE and EFFECTS of him, tho said Angus M'Dbnald Cariieron, upon the trust therein mentioned, for the benefit of all the creditors of the said JAngus M'Donald Cameron ; and that the said deed was duly executed by the said Angus M'Donald Cameron, Arcliibald Thomas Mailing, Konnoth M'lvor, and Thomas Brunton, in the the presence of James Harvey of Invorcargill aforesaid, a solicitor of the Suprorno Court of Now Zealand ; and that the said deed now lies at the office of J. S. Johnston, Esquire, Registrar for - Southland of the Supremo Court of Now Zealand, at Invorcargill aforosaid, for the perusal aiid execution by the creditors of the said Angus M'Donald Cameron, and who will be excluded from all benofit under the said deed unless they execute the samo on or before tlio fifteenth day of Juno, 1864.
