Public Notices. , OTAREWA ROAD DISTRICT. "VTOTICE is hereby given that an ASSESSMENT IN of all the LANDS Bituate within this district HAS BEEN MADE by the Treasurer, to the satisfaction of the Trustees, and three of such Trustrees have certified the said Assessment to be a fair and just Assessment, arid which certificate .>is hereunto annexed; and notice is hereby further given, that such Assessment may be inspected at the office of the Trustees, at the store of MrJ SAMUEL BEAVEN, in Tay-street, Invercargill, for the period of twenty days from the date hereof, during office hours, by the owners and occupiers of land included in such assessment,, and that all objections to tho same will be heard and determined by the Trustee's, at a meeting to be held for tfiat, purpose, on the twenty-eighth day of June insiailt, at tho Baid office, at 12 o'clock sharp. NOTICE is hereby given, that ANGUS M'DONALD CAMERON, of Inveroargill, in the Province of Southland, in the Colony of New Zealand, publican, did, by deed bearing date the seventh day of March, 1864, GRANT, CONVEY, and ASSIGN unto Archibald Tliomaa Manning, Kenneth M'lvor, and Thomas Brunton, all of Invercargill aforesaid, morchants, all the ESTATE and EFFECTS of him, the said Angus M'Donald Cameron, upon the trust therein mentioned, for the benefit of all the creditors of the saidJAngus M'Donald Camoron ; and that the said deed was duly executed by the said Angus M'Douald Cameron, Archibald Thomas Mailing, Kenneth M'lvor, and Thomas Brunton, in the the; presence of James Harvey of Invewargill aforesaid, a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Now Zealand ; and that the said deed now lies at the office of J. S. Johnston, Esquire, Registrar for Southland of the Supi*eme Court of New Zealand, at Invercargill aforesaid, for the perusal and execution by the creditors of the said Angus M'Donald Cameron, and who will be' excluded from all benefit under the said deed unless they execute the same on or beforo the fifteenth day of June, 1864. **" HARVEY & STUART, Solicitors to tho Trustees. IV ]OTICE is hereby given, that JOHN CHEYNE iN and LESLIE CHE YNE, of Tnvcmirgul, in the Province of Southland, lightermen, wharfingers, &c, trading under the style or firm of CHEYNE BROTHERS AND CO.. did, by deed bearing date the twentv-sisth day of May. 1801, GRANT, CONVEY, and ASSIGN unto Thomas Brunton, of Invercargill, aforesaid, Merchant, and Henry Hornor, also of Invercargill, aforesaid, Accountant, all the ESTATE and EFFECTS of them, the said John Clioync and Leslie Cheyne, upon the trusts therein mentioned, for the benefit of all the creditors of them, the said John Cheyne and Leslie Cheyne, and that the said deed was duly executed by the said John Cheyne and Leslie Cheyne, and by the . said Henry Horuer, <in the presence of William Stuart, of Invercargill aforesaid, solicitor, and by the said Thomas Brunton, m the presence of David C. Stuart, of Invercargill aforesaid, clerk ; and that the said deed now lies at the office of Messrs. Harvey and Stuart, solicitors, Tay-street, Invercargill, aforesaid, for tho perusal and execution by the creditors of the said John Cheyne and Leslie Cheyne, and who will be excluded from all benefit under the said deed, unless they execute the same ou or before the Ist day of July next.
