"VTOTICE is hereby given that an ASSESSMENT IN of all the LANDS Bituate within this district HAS BEEN MADE by the Treasurer, to the satisfaction of the Trustees, and three of such Trustrees have certified the said Assessment to be a fair and just Assessment, arid which certificate .>is hereunto annexed; and notice is hereby further given, that such Assessment may be inspected at the office of the Trustees, at the store of MrJ SAMUEL BEAVEN, in Tay-street, Invercargill, for the period of twenty days from the date hereof, during office hours, by the owners and occupiers of land included in such assessment,, and that all objections to tho same will be heard and determined by the Trustee's, at a meeting to be held for tfiat, purpose, on the twenty-eighth day of June insiailt, at tho Baid office, at 12 o'clock sharp. NOTICE is hereby given, that ANGUS M'DONALD CAMERON, of Inveroargill, in the Province of Southland, in the Colony of New Zealand, publican, did, by deed bearing date the seventh day of March, 1864, GRANT, CONVEY, and ASSIGN unto Archibald Tliomaa Manning, Kenneth M'lvor, and Thomas Brunton, all of Invercargill aforesaid, morchants, all the ESTATE and EFFECTS of him, the said Angus M'Donald Cameron, upon the trust therein mentioned, for the benefit of all the creditors of the saidJAngus M'Donald Camoron ; and that the said deed was duly executed by the said Angus M'Douald Cameron, Archibald Thomas Mailing, Kenneth M'lvor, and Thomas Brunton, in the the; presence of James Harvey of Invewargill aforesaid, a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Now Zealand ; and that the said deed now lies at the office of J. S.
