The Proprietors of the Invercaegixi, Times desire to intimate that arrangements have been entered into which ivill enable them to open new premises, with iieiv plant, &c, for the transaction of general hisiness, within a month from the present date. The Proprietors trust thai allowance will be made for the present limited size of the Times, until such time as they will be in a 2)osiiion to have the necessary plant in working order.
