The exporcs to Victoria to 12th December are .—Brandy, 17,794 gallons ; rum, 38,320 do ; geneva, 2806 do ; British spirits, 4535 do ; red Avinc, 7664 do ; wliite AA-ine, 15,189 do ; beer, in bidk, 3568 barrels ; do, in glass, 201 S. The exports for December shoAv a decrease of £61,000 below November to Australian colonies generally, not to New Zealand. The Bonnie Maria sailed for Melbourne and Sydney AA-ith a cargo of brandy. The Nercus, for Melbourne, has 15,000 red cases geneva and 4000' boxes candles. The Louis Meyer, fir Sydney, has 16,000 red cases geneva and 5000 boxes candles. The National Steam Navigation Company of Liverpool has been joined by partners from the houses of Gibbs, Bright and Co., and James Baines and Co. At Bradford, the failure of the firm of Jowett, worsted spinners, for from £80,000 to £90,000 is reported. Consols, 91i to 91f.
