ITALY.
The treaty of commerce between Italy and France has been finally adjusted. A dispute has arisen between the Pope and Victor Emanuel. The Pope nominated bishops to provinces. They liave been siezed by the King, Avho "refuses to alloAv them to exercise thier office.
