Press messages sent from a duly authorised agent will be charged the foUowing reduced rate : — Twelve (12) words or -under, one shilling • (Is.). Messages exceeding twelve words, one penny per word. No cbargc will be made for the date, address, or signature to any message, and it is particularly requested that the two latter, may ' be as clear and exjilicit as possible. A. M.
