No entry will be received for any of the race, except upon this condition — that all disputes claims, and objections arisins: out of the racing shall be decided by the Stewards, or a majority o; them, whose decisions upon all points connected with the carrying out of the above programme shall be final. 2. No person will be allowed to enter or run c horse unless the latter be qualified as the bonafidi property of a subscriber of three soys to the Race Fund, except hack races. 3. All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Stewards, entrance money enclosed.-with the name age, and pedigree of the horse, name of the owner and colors of the riders No jockey allowed tc ride except in the colors entered. 4. Entries must be made at the Union Hotel, Taj street, on the evening of Wednesday, 9th February, at 8 o'clock. 5. Mares and geldings allowed 31b in all weight for age races. 6. Three horses to enter for each race, or nc public money will be added. 7. In case of bad weather, the .Stewards reserve to themselves the right of postponing the races from time to time, as may appear advisable. 8.
