NOTICE is hereby given, that by deed bearing date the eighteenth day of December, 1863, and made between BICHABD GEORGE HOSKINS, of Invercargill, in the Province of Southland, in the Colony of Now Zealand, Hotelkeeper, of the first part, WILLIAM HENDERSON CALDER, of Invercargill aforesaid, Merchant, and SAMUEL BEAVEN, of tho same place, Ironmonger, of the second part, and the several persons whose hands and seals are thereunto affixed, being creditors of the said Richard Q-eorgc Hoskins, of the third part : The said Richard George Hoskins did convey and assign unto the said William Henderson Calder and Samuel Bcavcn, all and every, his real and personal estate, for the equal benefit of the creditors of him, the said Richard George Hoskins ; and which said deed now lies for tho inspection of, and execution by, the creditors of the said Richard George Hoskins, at the office- of the undersigned, in Invercargill aforesaid ; and all creditors not executing the same within twenty-eight days fi-oin the date thereof, will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit thereof.
