A T a Special General Meeting of the Proprietors XJL of this Bank held this day at the Bankinghouse, in Queen-street, Auckland, it was unanimously resolved " That the Directors be empowered to call up tho remainder of the capital of the Company by calls of One Pound per share, pay able at intervals of not less than six months."
