Southland, in the colony of.New Zealand, Hotelkeeper, of the first part, WILLIAM-HENDER-SON CALDEII, <>f Infercareill aforesaid, Merchant, and SAMUEL BEAVEN, of the same place, Ironmonger, of the second part, and the ■several persons whose bands and seals are thereunto affixed, being creditors of -the said Richard .
