RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. "So entry will be received for any of theracoi oxcept upon this condition — that all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing, shall be decided by tho Stewards, or a-majority of them, whose decisions upon all pointß connected with the carrying out of the above programme shall be final. 2. No person will be allowed to enter or run a horse unless the latter be qualified as the bonafida property of a subscriber of threo soys to the Race Fund, except hack races. 3. ; All entries to be sealed and addressed to the Stewards, entrance money enclosed, with 'thaname; age, an I pedigree of the hor*o, name of the owner nnd colors of the riders No jockey allowed to ride except in the colors entered. 4.
