THE- Government of Southland having issued instructions to the Home Agents to lay on vessels from -Great Britain, direct for the Bluff, with immigrants, the attention of parties interested in the Province is directed to the following Section of^ Instructions to Immigration Agents— namely, " Persons residing in the Province of Southland, desirous of assisting their friends to immigrate to tbe Province, may obtain for them assisted passages dither, W pre-paying one-third of the passage money, and accepting a Bill for the remainingHwo-thvrds, drawn by the Provincial Treasurer, and' endorsed by a substantial householder, residing in the Province, and approved of by the Superintendent as sufficient security Tor the same.
