It will be their aim to-co-opcrate with the two local Journals which have already been so successful in forwarding the development of the. natural resources of the Province, and in advancing its ■claims to a fair and equitable measure of Legislative consideration, without which its material advancement never can attain to -the permanent footing its numerous -capabilities are so well adapted te. secure.
