' TENDERS will be received f at this Oflßce till noon of the 30th November, from parties willing to furnish, a Steam Tug for the service of the ports of New River and Bluff Harbor, for a period bf not less tlian six months from date of acceptance of contract. Vessel to be of not less than 100 tons measurement, nor less.'than 30 horse-power nominal, and to be prbve*tr in every respect sound and seaworthy.. The necessary certificates to that effect, or certified duplicates thereof, to be enclosed with the Tender.
