Dean held to-day a very important auction sale of Muhritius sugar, Tvhieh attracted a numerous attendance. l"he sale went off with spirit, the whole 'of the cargo of the Ville rie Nantes and balances of other shipments, in all about 8000 bags, boihg placed «tli2 per ton - advrnce on laf orates, Prices-ruled as-foHowsr-^-White crystals, L3B 10s; bright do, L34 to L36 2s 6d ; yellow ditto, LBO to L34 12s 6d ; bright counters, L2B to L3O ; medium ditto, L'2B to L27 10s; <»oo 1 brown, L24 to L25; ration, L2l 10s to L23 10s.
