Vagrant Act, and 'he cautioned them if they ever came before him again he would deal "with thenvin a very summary manner. ■ Alleged Charge of Stealing a Boat. — C. E. Price, charged by Mr Petherick with stealing a boat, was further remanded to Wednesday, in the absence of an important witness, for whom a warrant had been issued. The prisoner was liberated on his own bail of £50, and two sureties- of £25 each.
