NOTICR is hereby given, that by Deed bearing date the 21st dav of September, 1863. made between Colin Nicol Campbell and Henry Homer, both of Invercargill, Merchants, of the one part, and John M'Donald and Henry William Whitton also of Invercargill aforesaid, Merchants, of the other part — the said Colin Nicol Campbell and Henry Homer did convey end assign unto the 8 dd John M'Donald and Henry William Whitton, all nnd ever}' tlipir real and personal Estate for the equal benefit of the Creditors of theirs, the said Colin Nicol Campbell and Henry Homer; that the said Deed was executed by the said Colin Nicol Campbell and Henry Homer respectively, in the presence of, and attested by Thomas Sbailer Weston, Solicitor, Invercarjjill, and Joseph Bullock Needham, Gentleman, nlso of Invercargill aforesaid, and by the said John M Donald and Henry William Whitton respectively, in the preswee of John Felix and of the said Thomas Shailer Weston. And further notice is hereby given, that the said Deed now lies for the inspection of, and execution by the Creditors of the said Colin Nicol Campbell nnd Henry Homer respectively, at the office of the said Thomas Shailer Weston, situate in Donstreet in Invercargill aforesaid, and all Creditors not executing the same within Twenty-eight days from the date hereof, will be peremptorily excluded from the benefit thereof.
