SOUTH, Solicitor, considers it necessary to state, in consequence of an unfounded report having gone abroad to the contrary, that he is, nnd always lms been, PRACTISING CONVEYANCING, as well as tho other branches of his profession. NOW being erected in Invercargill, situated in Dee-street, about midway between the Government Offices and the Prince of Wales Hotel, same side, a handsome building with a frontage of 48 feet, by a depth of 74 feet. The front elevation presents a facade of cast-iron, the prominent feature of which is a recessed portico, formed of arches borne on fluted columns, with Corinthian. capitals and flanked on each side with towers, the whole forming a most elegant and substantial structure.
