Gentleman, also of lavercargill aforesaid, and by the said John M Donald and Henry William Whitton respectively, in the presence of John Felix and of the -said Thomas Shailer Weston. And further notice is hereby given, that the said Deed now lies for the inspection of, and execution by the Creditors of the said Colin Nicol Campbell and Henry Homer respectively, at the office of the said Thomas Shailer. SOUTH, Solicitor, considers it necessary to state, in consequence of an unfounded report having gone abroad to the contrary, that he is, nnd always lms been, PRACTISING CONVEYANCING, as well as tho other branches of his profession. TO PUBLIC COMPANIES, MERCHANTS &c, &c, &c. NOW being erected in Invercargill, situated in Dee-street, about midway between the Government Offices and the Prince of Wales Hotel, same side, a handsome building with a frontage of 48 feet, by a depth of 74 feet. The front elevation presents a facade of cast-iron, the prominent feature of which is a recessed portico, formed of arches borne on fluted columns, with Corinthian. capitals and flanked on each side with towers, the whole forming a most elegant and substantial structure. The proprietor is willing to treat for the sale or lease of the whole building (with the reservation of a suit of offices), or he will subdivide the property as follows, and let at current rates : — ■ GROUND FLOOR, A suit of offices on each side of the buiding, centre a large Auction Room or Exchange, with an, arched entrance, twelve feet wide. SECOND FLOOR, Three suits of Offices occupying the whole front of the building ; also, six offices, three on each side of the building, entering by a large lobby, arid lighted from the sides by handsome windows.
