Merchants, j>f the other part— the said CBlin Nicol Campbell and Henry Homer did convey end assign unto the s dd John M'Donald and Henry William Whitton, all and every their real and personal Estate for the equal benefit of the Creditors of theirs, the said Colin Nicol Campbell and Henry Homer; that the said Deed was executed by the said Colin Nicol Campbell and Henry Homer respectively, "in the presence of, and attested by Thomas Shailer Weston, Solicitor, Invercargill, and Joseph Bullock Needham, Gentleman, also of Invercargill aforesaid, and by the said John MDonald and Henry William Whitton respectively, in the presence of John Felix and ofthe said Thomas Shailer Weston.
