The proprietor is willing to treat for the sale or lease of tho whole building (witli the reservation of a suit of offices), or he will subdivide the property as follows, and let at current rates : — GROUND FLOOR, A suit of offices on each side of the buiding, centre a large Auction Room or Exchange, with an arched entranco, twelve feet wide.
