(From thr> Ana. Sept,- 11.) NEW SOUTH WALES. Syl-nbv, 9th September. A petition has been presented to the Legislative Assembly from the owners of half the sheep in the colony, praying that the provision, rendering compulsory trte destruction of scabby sheep, may not be passed into law. It is currently rumoured that the Ministry will be defeated, and a dissolution will take place. O'.Vleally l-nkbed Mr. Malton near Jugiong 3'esterday.
