" Clause 9. Every person who shall sell any " cattle in the said Province, being the owner of " such cattle or the agent of such, owner, shall, " withiu twenty-one days after such sale, cause "the same, together with the brands (if any) '•' of such cattle, to be registered with the said Re- " pistrar of Brands." . . ■ . ...
