Flour for local consu.mpt.iou is selling at Ll2 to LlB per ton. All other articles of produce are but in limited demand. The Pet and Emma Presoott have cleared to-day for lavercargill with large cargoes. In the import market there is but little doing. The Tasmania arrived with a general cargo. At present there is little doing with any article. We hava been requested to state that the price last obtained for Commercial Bank shares was Ll6B. Brenfc and Westbrook's stock report is ns follows : — On the 10th, at Cooley's Yards, New Town, 10 prime bullocks, from Field's pastures, average^ LlB 13s 2d, or at prices varying from Ll7 to L2O 8s 9d; 28 steers, L5 17s fid; 50 wethers, 14s (sd; 1G milch cowa, L4 10s to L5 10s. On the 12th, at the Slaughterhouse Yards, 6 stall-fed bullocks, Ll2 12s Gd per head ; Leicester wethers, 27a to 30s ; also, at Sorfll, on the same day, Leicester ewes, 30s 9d; ditto wethers, 395; fine woollcd e ves. 13s ; fat wethers, 17s 9d ; stall-fed bullocks, Ll4 2s 6d to Ll6 ; 30 milch cows averaged L6 17s 6d, ranging from Li to LlO 5 ; working bullocks, LlO per pair ; and a large quantity of household furniture at satisfactory ratea. On the 11th, at Richmond, fat wethers, 13s 9d to 20s ; Southdown sheep, 18s 6d ; fnt ewes. 8s 6d to 16s ; store wethers, 8s 6d to 12s; working bullocks, Lll 10a; pigs, 12s to £4 ; milch cows, L4 10s to L7. On the 14th, at the Slaughterhouse Yards,, 195 Port Phillip wethers, at 19s. On the 18tb, house in Davey-street (lately occupied by Pitcker) to Mr IT. C, Peak, for L750. On the 19th, at Bridgewater, fat wethers 13s 6d to IP'S 9d ; do ewes, 7s 6>i to S?s.9rl; half-bred sheep lls ; smsill lot mixed sheop, 10s 6d ; milch cows, L4 5s to L7.
