DEATH.

At the Plough Tnn. Harvisville, luvprcnrgill, on the 19th inst., Mr Thomas Allen Lase>'lles, of the firm of Thomson. Lascelles and Co. Mr La«cellcs was a native of Tasmania ; but. for the last fifteen years resided in Geelong, Victoria, where he carried on business as auctioneer and stock agent. During his short sojourn in Southland and Otftgo he made m:<ny friends. In Victoria his loss will be tleeplv l-e-jrettoil by his volutions and n large number "of acquaintances. He leaves a wife and family, but not unprovided for. The funeral will move from the Plough lun, Xorth Roml, this day at 12 o'clock. Friends are requested to accept of this invitation.
