The influential connection he has had the privilege of forming, during- his colonial experienco, together with his position as Clerk of the Provincial Council (which oillce he still holds), and the evidence of a testimonial as to the confidence reposed in him by the Provincial Government, will, he trusts be a 'sufficient guarantee of his integrity and business qualifications, and insure to his j patrons the conduct of all transactions they may confide to him on a strictly and uniformly respectable basis. This principle of busiuess is especially submitted to the notice of nersons non-resident "(Inifc bavin? property) in this Province, as calculated to initiate and sustain that good faith which should exist between principal and a^cnt. Pending the erection of more commodious premises, he is about to open a temporary Office and Sale Yard in the rear of the Bank of New Zealand, with an entrance from the front of the Albion Hotel, Dee-street, where he will be prepared fo receive the commands of his supporters, which will at all times meet his most prompt and careful attention.
