M' ln tosh, asred 3d native of Scotland ; Michael Townsf-rwl, aged 20, native of Calif.n, County Kilkenny; Jiichavd A.ylvvar.l, ;i g-orl 35, near Galsion, Ci) ri nty Kilkenny; Michael Cudoiiy, aged 2i, Cm lien, County Kilkenny ; John M-Don-ald. Skipper's Gully, Shotover, 12th July : — Timothy Sheehnn (ov " Yankee" Klieehan), native of Ardcannaught. Kil2;arry lander, Ciistlemaine, County Kerry, Ireland ; Kugene M'Mahon, native of Manor, Traiee, Counly Kerry, Ireland. Near Moke Creek, above Arthur'? Point, Sho.over, on the i^flih July: — John Lynch, Michael Lynch, Thomas Noonan, Michael E^an, natives of (Jlonrush, Whiie^ate, O'ahvay, Ireland ; Jmnes Kellv, Patrick Murnin, Patrick Travers, John .AL'Whinney, Robert Weir, William M 'Allen, Charßi Wilkinson At the Sar.dhilis, Shotover, on the 2-fith July :— John Fraser, native of Stirlingshire, Scotland ; Wm.
