TVfOTICE is hereby given to the inhabitants nf 1M Tay-street, that the "Drainage from their houses must be delivered UNDERNEATH THE FOOTPATH by pipes into the drain. Previous to the commencement of the works notice is to be givpn to the Clerk of the Town Board, that the Board may cause the neeessany provisions to be made for the reception of the drainage. Any injufy to the footpaths consequent on delay, in Complying with the above requisition, will be made good at the expense of the householders causing it. By order, J. C. DIRTIES desirous of hnving the Rnin Water i from the Roofs of their Houses carried underneath the Footpaths ot Tay-streeb, previous to the gi-nt ings being laid down, in accordance with the notice given, can have the box drains for the purpose laid in accordance with the requirements of the Town Board Engineer, on application to Mr. Burgoyne, the Contractor for the gratings in Taystreet, who will execute the work which comprises piles at the kerhing and splash board, for the sum of 245. each. Owners of houses are warned that the expense of this work will be greatly increased after the gratings are laid, and that expenses from I damnge will accrue. __ NOTICE.
