NOTFCE IS nEUEBY GIVEN, that Francis Hamilton, of Invercargill, in the Province of Southland, Auctioneer, Stock, Station, and Commission Agent, did, by deed bearing date tbo tenth day of June, 1863, grant, convey, and assign unto Henry William Whitton, ot Invercargill, Merchant, and John Biacklock, of the same place, Merchant, all (he estate,nnd effects of him, the said Francis Hamilton, upon the trusts therein mentioned, for the benefit of all the creditors of the said Francis Hamilton; and that tho said deed was duly executed by the said. Francis Hamilton on the said .tenth day of July, 1863, and by the said H. W. Whitton and John. Biacklock, on the fifteenth day, of. June aforesaid, and the execution of the said deed by the .said Francis Hamilton, H. W. Whitton, and J J.: Biacklock, was attested by James Harvey, of Invcrcargill, aforesaid, Solicitor-: and that the said deed now lies at the oflGee of Messrs.
