Also, A portion of the establishment is set a parfc as A CAFE ESTAMINET. The proprietor feeling assured, from long experience in most of the principal Hotels in Europe, that nothing is more conducive to maintain a first-class character for an establishment of this kind than WISE LIBERALITY, And AN EXCELLENT CUISINE, Has therefore to announce that he has obtained the services of a French Cook, and has great pleasure in submitting the following list for the consideration of his Patrons: — SOUPS— Comprising Oyster, Turtle, Gravy, &c. DINNERS. Fowl— Boiled and Roast Mutton —Roast and Boiled Beef— Roast, &c, Together with Pastry of all kinds.
