Also, A portion of the establishment is set a part as A CAFE ESTAMINET. The proprietor feeling assured, from long experience ia most of the principal Hotels in Europe, that nothing is more conducive to maintain a first-class character for an establishment of this kind than WISE LIBERALITY, And AN EXCELLENT CUISINE, Has therefore to announce that he has obtained the services of a French Cook, and has great pleasure in submitting the following li3t for the consideration of his Patrons: — SOUPS— Comprising Oyster, Turtle, Gravy, &c.
