NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that Francis Hamilton, of Inverc&rgill, in the Province ofSouthland, Auctioneer, Stock, Station, and Commission Agent, did, by deed bearing date the tenth day of June, 1863, grant, convey, and assign unto Henry William Whitton, of Inverc&rgill, Merchant, and John Blacklock, of the same place, Merchant, all the estate and effects of him, the said Francis Hamilton, upon thelrusts therein mentioned, for the benefit of all the creditors of the said Francis Hamilton ; and that the said deed was duly executed by the said Francis Hamilton on the said tenth day of July, 1863, and by tho said H. W. Whitton and John Blacklock, on the fifteenth day of June aforesaid, and the execution of the said deed by the said Francis Hamilton, H. W. Whitton, and J. Blacklock, was attested by James Harvey, of Invercargill, aforesaid, Solicitor ; and that the said deed now lies at the office of Messrs. Harvey and Stuart, Solicitors, Tay-street, Invercargill, aforesaid, for the perusal and execution by the creditors of the said Francis Hamilton, and who will be excluded from all benefit under the said deed unless they execute, or assent in writing to take the benefit of the same, on or before the fourth day of August next.
