GOVERNMENT NOTICE. LOCAL POST. HEALED TENDERS Will be Reeeivoi at (his )^ Oflice, on or before the 23rd day of June, 1863, from persons willing to contract for the carriage of the following Mails:— Between Invercargill and Ri vert on, via Wallacetown ano Wainniwa, twice weekly, from Ist of July, ISG3, to 30th Juue, 1564. Also, Between Invercargill and Campbelltown daily, or at a fixed price for each trip, at the option of the Postmaster, from Ist of July, ISC3, to 30tb June, 1864. And in both cases for such further period as the Postmaster may see fit to continue th-j contract, either party having power to determine the same at, or at any time after, the expiry of the periods now stated, three calendar months' notice of the same in writing having been previously given. The days and hours of departure from and arrival at each station, to be fixed from time to time by the Postmaster. The tenders to be made at per annum for the Eiverton service, but optional for the service between Invercargill and Campbelltown ; and security will bo required for the due fulfilment of the contracts. Chief Post Office, Southland, Juno 5, 18C3NOTICE IS HEKEBY GIVEN, that Francis Hamilton, of Invercargill, in the Provir.ce of Southland, Auctioneer, Stock, Station, and Commission Agent, did, by deed bearing date the tenth day of June, 1863, grant, convey, and assign unto Henry William Whitton, of Invercargill, Merchant, and John Blaeklork, of the sutne place, Merchant, all the estate and effects of him, the said Francis Hamilton, upon the trusts therein mentioned, for the benefit of all the creditors of the said Francis Hamilton ; and that the said deed was duly executed by the said Francis Hamilton on the said tenth day of July, 1863, and by the paid H. W. Whitton and John Blaeklock, on the fifteenth, day of June aforesaid, and the execution of the said deed by the said Francis Hamilton, H. W. Whitton, and J. Blackloek, was attested by James Harvey, of Invercargill, aforesaid, Solicitor ; and that the said deed now lies at the office of Messrs. Harvey and Stuart, Solicitors, Tay-strect, Invercargill, aforesaid, for the perusal and execution by tho creditors of the said Francis Hamilton, and who will bo excluded from all benefit under tbo said deed unless they execute, ov assent in writing to take the benefit oi the same, on or before the fourth day of August next.
