MURDER NOTICE. rpi-IE Marc herounder described, the r.ropcrty of 1 Joseph Smith, otherwise John Eldon, alias Yorkcy, who was recently murdered at Miller's Plat, has not yet been recovered. The storeman went inside as if to iM-ocure it, but turned rourd and said, " Will you" not take a fifty pound bag," wb-ch the other declined to do. The storeman then said he did not care about selling. Should this meet the eye of the man who wanted to buy flour on the day above mentioned at Millar's Fiat, he is earnestly requested to forward his name and address to the Commissioner ot 1 olico, Dunedin, without delay.
