Deniliquin, 29th April. The Eiverine Association is now fully organised. The Council is composed of 25 members. Upwards of L 5,000 have been subscribed already, and LI,OOO are promised. Sydney, 29th April. Mr. J. Dickson, the member for East Maitland, died yesterday. The Bank of New South "^Vales has declared a dividend of 20 per cent, per annum At auction, to-day, teas were unsaleable. Martell's pale brandy realised lis 10d; do, dark, lis 5d per gallon. 1,000 cases key geneva wqre sold at lis 6d, but 12s ia now asked for the same gin. Tennant's bottled ale sold for 9s 6d per do^en. The Marine Insurance Company have declared a dividend of 20 per cent, per annum. The weather is fine for the races.
