Perry, Esq. — is situated within short and easy access of Invercargill, on the west side of and fronting the Great North Road, immediately after crossing the Waihopai Bridgp. The Bay Road and the Riverton Road both run through the property. There is good water communication with Invercargill, the river being navigable for small steamers from the Jetty to the Waihopai Bridge.
