("Before M. Price, Esq., R.M.) Tuesday, 21st Apeil. Tipsy.— William Langdon,' for this offence, was fined ss. . Obscenity.— James Collins, for making use of obscene language in the streets, was fined 40a. James Lang, summoned for neglecting to keep the lamp above his licensod premises lighted, was dismissed with a caution. The night was a very stormy one. Wednesday, 22nd April There were no police cases before the Court to-day. TmjESDAY, 23rd ApbilV Inebuiates.— Thomas M'Neil, for being the worse of liauor in Tay-street. was fined ss. Thomas Robinson failed to anpear and answer a similar charge, so his bail of £2 was forfeited.
