Per Balmoral, from ITobarfc Town— Messrs Pigging, O'Poarce, Pi-j^ins, Bohaivin, T. Telyard and Wm. Tclyavd ; Mrs Piggins and child. Five in the steerage. Per Picard, from TTobart Town— Mr and Mrs Eout, Mrs Pcttorl, and fifteen in the steerage. The brigantine Picarrl, Cnptnin Sims, hail a rather stormy passage from ITobarfc Town. She sailed on Sunday morning. March Ist, and had moderate westerly winds until the 3rd and 4th, when the wind vrered to the south-east and east, with light airs. On the sth the wind veered to the westward again, and continued with moderatebreezes until the 7th, when it increased to a heavy gale with a high sea. The ship had to bo hove-to for twenty hours, when tho gale moderated. On the Bth at noon had moderate westerly winds. which increased to a fresh gale, lasting several hours. Saw a larsje ship standing to the southward. Early on the 9th it blew hard from the north-west. Made the Solanders at 1 a.m. ■ 4
