NOTICE. WHEREAS it is expedient to check the growth of thistles on the village reserve at Wright's Bush, New River Hundred. Notice is hereby given that the Waste Land Board will receive applications on or before Thursday, the 19th inst, from persons willing to lease a portion of the said reserve, not exceeding 20 acres, on the following conditions:— 1 To hold the land as tenant-at-will. 2 Should he be required at auy time to give up possession, to be entitled to the standing crop. 3 Not to injure the land by any undue course of cultivation. 4 To keep clear of thistles the whole of the reserve. 5 To be paid by arbitration at out-going for such improvements as the Board may consider useful, the tenant to have the power to remove the residue.
