(Before M. Price, Esq., R.M.) FiirDAY, 27th February. Inebriate. -John Bogle was fined 20s for intoxication, Cattle Trespass.— Wm. Kerr and Robert Christie were each fined 5s and costs, for allowing their horses to stray in the public streets. Monday, 2nd March. Inebriate. — Jeremiah Dally was fined 5s for being drunk. Fighting is the Streets. — Patk. O'Brien and Thomas Walsh, two youths from the Emerald Isle, were each fined 20s for fighting outside the Commercial Hotel on Saturday night. Careless Driving. — Robert Wall was fined 20s and costs for not having proper command over his horse.
