t (From the Dally Times Correspondents.,) ( Adelaide, Jan. 10, 1863. < The Adelaide Register in to-day's issue pub- * lishes a letter received from Amherst- diggings, in which the writer remarks that Duffy's Land Act 1 will breed a class of pauperised yeomanry. The Advertiser says some of our stockholders ' Intend settling in the newly- explored north-west * ;ountry ; and also forwarding sheep to the Tic- J toria River.
