True it is that according to Jaw, the custodiau of the cemetery must inter nobody unless he be first furnished with the certificate of registration, and the registrar is under a similar obligation to enter no defunct person's name in his books, unless he first obtain either the report of the medical attendant of the deceased, or the coroner's authority for burial. |
