Drunkennes3. — David Collins was fined in 10s, and Joseph Dodson 5s , for being drunk in the streets on the previous night. civil cases. J. H. Wilson v. J. Lawson. This was a claim for £20, arising out of some cattle transaction. Judgment for plaintiff in 15s. and costs.

Monday, 12th January.

CIVIL CASES. H. Horman v. P. Lawson — Defendenfc admitted the claim, -which was for LIB, and asked for a few hours delay. This was granted— judgment being given for plaintiff for the amount and costs.
