GILLER, Clerk to tho Superintendent. £1,000 REWAEDHIS Honor the StJPERrNTENWEN* directs it to be notified that a Reward of One Thousand Pounds will be paid to any party who shall discover a paying goldfield within twelve monthsfrom the date hereof, conditionally upon the discoverer or discoverers giving satisfactory proof to the Government that Sixteen Thousand Ounces of Gold, the bona fide produce of that particular field (being within the Province of Southland) shall have been realized and brought to Invercargill within twelve months from tho date of discovery thereof. NOTICE. ON and after Thursday, the 15th day of January, 1803, Block 11, Mabel District, will be open for application. Persons having applications for unsurveyed Land in this Block, must attend at the Lnnd Office personally or by agent, at 12 o'clock, on Monday, the 12th clay of January to have their Claims settled, otherwise the 15th clause of the Land Regulations will be enforced.
