The Monsoon i cleared out from New York on Ist October, for ! Sydney, with 119, 881 lbs. tobacco ; and the Sahicea, for Melbourne, with 91,729 lbs; since which we bear of further exports from sanin port for ]Slelboiirne — the J. "NY. Paine, with 17, 987 lbs manufacture tobacco; and the Hussar, with 171,280 lbs. manufactured, and 5 bhds leaf lobacco." Messrs Allan and Hills submitted for sale, at their rooms, the undisposed leases of the Government si i'lghter-houscs and refreshment-room at Glebe Island, all of which were withdrawn at the upset price, viz., Ll5O for jeef slaughter-houses L7s_f'or mutton slaughter-houses, and LIOO for refreshment-room. .They sold the lolls of the Globe Island bridge for L 920.
