Messrs Allan and Hills submitted for sale, at their rooms, the undisposed leases of the Government si i'lghter-houscs and refreshment-room at Glebe Island, all of which were withdrawn at the upset price, viz., Ll5O for jeef slaughter-houses L7s_f'or mutton slaughter-houses, and LIOO for refreshment-room. .They sold the lolls of the Globe Island bridge for L 920.
