LIBERATION OF THE PRISONERS OF VARIGNANO.
A Turin letter of the 9th says : — " The prisoners of Varignano were formally liberated yesterday at noon. Tho principal officers of Garibaldi, who were confined in the different forts, have also b en released, except those whose identity hod not been fully established. In fact, the atnuesty will not be carried out in less than two months. The articular rheumatism under which Garibaldi frequently suffers has flown to the right shoulder, but affording any relief to the patient, who cannot make the least movement." The Turin journals announce that tho King has signed a decree commuting the sentence of death passed by the Tribunals upon tho deserters from the royal army into perpetual imprisonment. La France says that Guribaldi has announced to an English deputation that he has not relinquished any of his projects, and that ho is preparing a manifesto containing important and irrefutab : e revolutions. A Bourbon conspiracy, fomented by the clerical parly, has been discovered in Naplfs. The police are in possession of the correspondence of the conspirators with Rome. Tha Turin journals announce that it is probable that the King will pass a part of the winter at Naples. It is statsd that the state of siege will be raised by the Neapolitan provinces towards the middle of November.
