M'Nab, Esq., J.P., of the Mataura river, which were stolen from off his run, when tethered, on the night of the 20th instant. 1. A dark brown horse, aged, 14 hand high, saddle marked, black points, and very much bitten by an entire, branded J Fon near shoulder, bang tail ; this horse is remarkbly well known in the Southland district as Mr. M'Nab's " Paddy," and was in fair condition. 2. A bright chesnut mare, aged 5 years, branded A M on near shoulder, 15 hands high, off hind fetlock white, wall-eyed in the off eye, bang tail.
