LATEST FROM WAKATIP.
A gully 10 miles long is reported to have been discovered in. the vicinity of the Lake. Captain Sinclair has finished his skiff. It appears that the building of the steamers will be vigorourly proceeded with. Miner's tools scarce, particularly shovels. Large quantities of gold are said to be held by the ! diggers. Population increasing and said to number 4,000. Prosperity very general.
